For at sikre, at THCMEs medlemmer på sigt er klædt ordentligt på til selv at dyrke cannabisplanter og/eller producere egen medicin, og vores medarbejdere er klædt ordentligt på til at varetage deres respektive arbejdsopgaver, vil en af Sekretariatets første opgaver være at oprettet THCMEs Uddannelsesakadami. Uddannelsesakadamiets opbygning vil tage udgangspunkt i foreningens forskellige indsatsområder.
For medlemmerne vil dette være i form af workshops ude i de fremtidige lokale Social Clubs og for medarbejdere vil det være uddannelsesforløb opbygget i hhv. en grund -, linje og masteruddannelse indenfor THCMEs tre primære områder: THCMEs Rådgivning – Farmhouses – THCMEs Social Clubs
For at kunne komme i betragtning til THCMEs Uddannelsesakademi, skal man som udgangspunkt selv være i målgruppen for foreningen – altså selv være sygdomsramt og havde brug for de produkter og ydelser, som THCME i fremtiden håber at kunne tilbyde. Dette skyldes at foreningen er skabt for og med foreningens medlemmer, hvilket også betyder, at det er vores medlemmer såvel som deres pårørende, der i første omgang kan ansøge om deltagelse i en af vores medlemsworkshops eller om optagelse som kommende medarbejdere. Hertil kommer øvrige medarbejdere, der besidder en faglig ekspertise, som THCME har brug for og derfor også derigennem kan retfærdiggøre et ansættelsesforhold.
Der optages kun det antal medarbejdere, som er nødvendigt i forhold til foreningens ledige stillinger, stillinger som kun vil være aktuelle i takt med behovet for oprettelsen af lokale THCME Social Clubs og Farmhouses. Dette betyder også, at der ikke i første omgang vil være faste optagelsesperioder, men derimod løbende optagelse og udbud af uddannelsesforløb.
